I’m explaining or you can say outlining how things work in an enterprise which uses hosted PBX services. This blog is basically useful for those who have problems understanding the concept of hosted PBX & PBX VOIP which can be used for telephony purposes. Majorly by Call shops, even call centers & telephony departments irrespective of their field of business.
You will have to first signup with a hosted PBX provider, if you want to use the VOIP services on your computer system or even smart-phones, they will provide you with download links of respective dialers(Softphone in case of PC’s & Mobiledialer in case of smart-phones). To show a better idea of the dialers I have given sample images of a PBX dialer provided by TheRealPBX.
