Just three weeks ago I was having my lunch when I got a voicemail notification from my boss on my iPhone “Team meeting at 4:15 p.m.” I felt like a scapegoat. In the meeting, he said that “We need a new website. It looks raw. Bring dynamicity to your site. You all can make a big difference.” It was like an alarm call for us. The whole week’s work schedule was assigned to us and as soon as we left the conference hall, we sat down to work on it. In our minds, we had just one goal “Rebirth of The Real PBX website”. Thereafter, we concentrated on our thought mechanics to build a one-stop-solution for VOIP PBX services, products and information by redesigning it to be more enlightening. To streamline the overall user experience, we implemented many features which had not been taken advantage of, such as Call Pick-up, Visual Call Reports, Call Voice Tagging and Automatic Screen Pop-ups.
By the end of the week, our efforts paid us well. The collaborative efforts of “The Real PBX” team made our website to reflect a more rationalized look and feel. Now, there is easy access to all the pricing plans, blogs and user comments. The focus of the main page is clearly on all the aspects that the website accommodates. Moreover, the links to most popular sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are given at each page. The left section and footer have been organized under different headings and banner shows more activity.
